so was aimlessly wandering in my mind
it sucks that the team markets are inflexible
what about < 62 wins for >= 3 season subtracts market size (in a 10 yr window and -1 for each season above that)
now to help the small market teams, how about +1 market size for each + 5 100 win seasons in a 10 yr window. aka you win 1000 games in 10 years your market goes up 2 sizes?

the grandfather would be any team that would qualify for a bigger market would be grandfathered

Market size wouldn't really ever get lower that's supposed to simulate population size. Maybe fan loyalty

Market size wouldn't really ever get lower that's supposed to simulate population size. Maybe fan loyalty and no market size is suppose to represent those that wanna see the team. it effects merchandise sales directly |

I'm conflicted. The financial part of OOTP5 ain't great. Bottom end and top end. I mean some teams really never have a chance to compete because they cant make enough money.
On the other hand I've won 100 games each season for a decade and have 3 WS titles and I can't break 100 in revenue. So it seems like the flaws are on both sides.

But the more extras you add to the league the harder it is to sim. To remember all the little things you're modifying. It becomes overwhelming.

I do think market and loyalty should be based off actual win amounts. Not what the game randomly decides.
