A couple things for next season's draft.
1) The draft picks are now eligible for trade.
2) The Angels and Senators will select 5th and 6th (order to be coin-flip prior to draft). Therefore a team with the 5th worst record in 1958 will select 7th, not 5th now. It will be like this for the next three (3) seasons until all four (4) expansion teams are in the game by 1962.
3) The players selected will be automatically protected in the 1961 expansion draft, but NOT the 1962 expansion draft.
