Notes Former yanks gm has one more ws title than most GMs I think moving an entire roster is bs as well but it is what it is. I wanted to do that as I originally had dibs on the Jays as a big fan of them but it was not allowed. no more Juan Pierre trades for you. thats probably the shittiest deal ive seen in this league. NYY wanted to compete that year and wanted a brilliant hitter. You act like harris was a garbage piece of shit player. NYY wanted a guy who could help him that year not wait on pierre. I actually added the pick and pts cause i felt it was uneven too but he was happy with the deal. As for taking advantage of him. I had a lot of private conversations with him trying to help him not make bad deals cause i felt bad he was getting attacked on the boards all the time. I told him not to deal austin and he had a good young core. I told him it was a bad idea to deal dempster after he rated up. I did it all through pm cause i didnt want to be a dick and chastise him on the boards. You can hate trades all you want but maybe treat people with the same respect you'd hope theyd give you even if you dont care if they do or not. I've said many times this is a for free fun league which not many of us even play anymore. Why sap the fun out of it for some people cause we want to be assholes? What good comes from that? |
