6 teams. Last place in each division. Simple and Fair. A draft wheel in HitForTheCycle worked well too. The wheel was put to a vote prior to you coming in and was voted down. Noah, who was Montreal here, was the architect behind the wheel in HFTC. There were two extra expansion teams there. I showed the wheel to Chris there though. Too bad the site is down though :/ I'm sure you could find an archive. |

btw weighted means 5 chances for th worst, 4 for the next, 3, 2, and 1
so the worst team would still have a 33% chance of getting the 1st pick anf the 5th team would only have a not quite 7% chance

Penalties for not winning x amount games determined by the commish or a wheel. The only way to curb egregious tanking.

Doesn’t take much effort to win 40 game. Probably can be done with a few ML players on MCLs. At the least the tankers have to try.
