doesn't even require an export, a post is enough I’m sure you can check? nah, it doesn't make copies, it overwrites the file. If there is a log, I'm not sifting through it.

That is impressive for many reasons. Harnisch whatever mixed up my tubby white guys Let just lay this all out in 1 post to make it very simple. Harnisch was in my pen maybe 2 weeks after he had developed after his positive PD. He then started 8 game s for me and proceeded to go 0-5, while making his ERA worse by nearly 1 full point. Leaving him a MR was not intentional and honestly thankyou for pointing it out probably lost me 2 extra games making him a starter. As far as injured player being on the roster. My response is simple, I had no obligation to do anything about it. The rules state I need 23 roster players minimum. Even with the injury I still fulfilled the requirement. On top of all of this, which I don't even need to be saying because nothing I did was wrong. I'm not competitive, that pretty clear to see. I made large free agent offer to a few of the top free agents and lost out. Most guys here can admit that when they are in a rebuilding season they aren't exporting every week. Either way if you had a problem earlier you should have just made it publicly known, like you did with Harnisch and I dealt with it. Don't cry now after you thought until the last month of the season that you has done what you planned to do.

You are quite literally the only GM in 45+ seasons to go 1st overall 3 times in a row, and you've had more first overall picks than 25 other teams total.

Hilarious you think you have no obligation to replace an injured player for 2.5 months, but I let a guy who's ratings melted stay in my rotation too long and I lose picks.

Hilarious you think you have no obligation to replace an injured player for 2.5 months, but I let a guy who's ratings melted stay in my rotation too long and I lose picks. I don't care what happened to your picks in the past when the league was far more active and far more activity dependant. We are all older, we all have other obligations and enjoy this league on whatever level we can. I get on a computer once a month that's about it. When I'm competeting I might make time to get on two to three times a month to export, that's it. Again if you had a problem like you did wity Harnisch complain publicly like you did during the season. You were happy because you were running away with the 1st overall and now.your mad because you didn't get it. Done with this debate, I signed more players and fielded a better team then you besides Pedro and Manny who you didn't sell off, the fact I lost more games is dumb luck look at the projected records. The fact your crying about it is laughable.

I think a lot of this is resolved if we just got Pujols to the Cardinals.

The dropped pick, IIRC, is because of the use of 0-AR pitchers and low rated position players (think 2 in hits). That's clearly not what is happening here of late and I think teams have done a good job to field a decent team, which is why I'm not bothered by the tanking teams because they (BOS, SEA, others) still fielded decent teams without exploiting team strategies and whatnot.
I do agree it's probably dumb luck that SEA lost more games. The fact that Harnisch was put into the rotation and had a 6-7 ERA over 8 starts is pretty ironic.
In the end, I am not planning to drop picks this season, but I do think some sort of dropped pick system based on minimum wins or a bottom 5-team lottery is worth exploring. I'm leaning towards the lottery since that is what MLB just recently instituted.

With the plan to implement by the start of the 2000 season, along with a host of other background changes to increase parity.
