P.S. - Consider this my "warning", for lack of a better word, on the draft as well.
I won't be around the entire time, so I will likely be behind a few picks at times, and auto'ing accordingly. The rule I use is that your pick is due when your time is up, even if there are picks not made before yours. Send me a list. I try to never let it get behind more than 2-3 picks. If you are going to be around, or can guarantee a quick turnaround, send me a PM or post in this thread. I always check it before auto'ing. I won't give a lot of time, but I'll send a PM that I'm caught up, and can give 10 minutes or so. That's because I'm nice, and it's Christmas, not because I'm required to.
Most of you follow the rules, and outside of break, I feel like the last couple of drafts have been really good. Hopefully we can have another draft like that.

Why would we even consider letting him do it? Because Chris is a nice guy and break cares only about his team and his team alone. We can look at league history where Minnesota built up to contenders, Shale built up Pittsburgh and doing the same with Mets, Detroit started slow now regular contender, Baltimore another example of a bottom team who has built up, but break can't so he'll throws a temper tantrum. Too bad his biggest obstacle to winning is himself.

Have a good night guys I'm going out.

I mean it's weird how if one reads through the old draft discussion/draft class gripe threads you started heavily complaining when your rebuild started.

Chris can you please fire this fucking idiot GM before other good gm's leave Shits getting really old and I gotta deal with it in 4 fucking leagues. He adds nothing but a headache to everyone here, there, and everywhere. If he hasn't learned since the first intervention the system views him as a lost cause... #firebreak

"Oh good, a draft discussion thread. As someone who has never played this game, I'd love to read through this and learn how it works and maybe pick up some tips."
My mistake.

Where can I even find the available player pool? www.hoffbl.com/leaguesite/I couldn't figure out a direct link. Just below the standings, middle section of links, next to last item.....Next Amateur Draft Class.

It's also in the Amateur Draft OP; I don't think the link is underlined, which is probably why it's easily overlooked.

I was looking for something a little higher most likely. Have my eye on a certain player. If I see something I like at your spot I'll hit you up.

Zach, I really appreciate you allowing me to draft for the Phillies.
With the forewarning that I'm not a big trader, is there a place to see trade offers? I was just told that private messages are usually the way to go. I'm ready to pick, but I'll wait until 3:00 just in case someone *really* wants to get a trade offer in. Thanks!

Would there be any way to note which players from the Rookie Draft Entrees page have been selected? Either by graying them out or eliminating them altogether?
Just a suggestion!

Chris will update it with each FA sim (and sometimes more often than that). Otherwise you just have to be detailed and pay attention
