If it has to do with Team IDs (and I'll take your word for it, Chris), maybe Spencer's ID of 1X come "before" my ID of "Y" (Y being greater than the leading "1" in Spencer's ID).

#5 and #6 were given to HOU/NYM while #7 and #8 were given to LAA/WAS since they had the #4 and #5 last season.
Actual order was coin flip

hmmm cant decide.. Improve Pete Rose Hr's to Average for 25 points or his Walks to Good for 35 points?
Tuff call. Make him on OBP machine or add a few HR's?
